shop and shipping FAQs:

online orders

all the items in our Shop are also available for online orders internationally. we pack and post all orders ourselves at the studio, aiming to dispatch those placed before 2pm local time on the same Wednesday and Friday. orders placed after Wednesday 2pm will ship the following Friday (on Friday, later orders will ship on next Wednesday).

we use 3 shipping services: EMS, DHL and SF express. you’ll be offered several options at checkout.

For more expensive items and international orders, we strongly recommend selecting a tracked service: either EMS International Tracked & Signed or DHL.

we strongly recommend choosing EMS International Tracked & Signed or DHL at the shipping stage, as this will give you/us the ability to follow your items throughout its journey (International Standard mail does not allow you to track items). to be extra secure, select DHL over EMS. DHL is more reliable and faster.

otherwise we cannot vouch for your package’s safe delivery.

*spend over HKD 1000 for a Hong Kong or Macau local order and get a free shipping.

shenzhen same day delivery

for same day delivery in shenzhen, notify us to select the SF express at Checkout. this service is available weekdays 12-5pm only.


click and collect

You can also pay online and come and collect your items onsite—just select ‘Pick Up’ at Checkout. once you receive email confirmation that your order is ready for collection, come to preferred location and pick up your unique items! please bring your order number.

prefered collecting location:

hongkong: mongkok station, tsim sha tsui station and central station.

macau: rua do campo, largo do senado and parque central da taipa.

shenzhen: bao’an centre, shenzhen exhibition centre station.


packing

orders are carefully and securely packed in card envelopes or boxes, all of which are reusable/recyclable, and we use paper rather than plastic bubble wrap to protect items.

larger orders may be split into two or more packages.


payment

We regret that we can’t currently accept credit cards due to some technical circumstances.

please send us a transaction proof with your oder reference number and we will proceed your order as soon as possible.

*for hongkong and macau customers: we accept cash and FPS.

** for mainland chinese customers: wechat pay or alipay.

(please leave a remark at the text box of your preferred payment method and leave you phone/FPS number or ID when checking out.)

***overseas customers: please contact email for paypal payment details.

address details

we cannot be responsible for incorrect addressing—please make sure you use the correct name, address, email and phone details. if you realise you’ve made a mistake email or call us as soon as possible—we ship every Wednesday and Friday so you need to catch us quick.

packed items are often larger than home letterboxes, so someone will need to be present to receive the shipment.

gift oders

if your order is a gift for another person, please say so in the Notes field when ordering, and we won’t include an invoice with the shipment. you can also include a personal message here and we’ll write that on a postcard—or you can buy one of our greetings cards and we’ll personalise that.


order comfirmation

you will receive a confirmation email shortly after paying your order. please check it to make sure everything is correct. if you have any questions or concerns, email right away.

we will respond to emails as soon as we can Monday to Friday during 11am–5pm.


product descriptions

we take all reasonable care to ensure that the descriptions, prices and other details of products listed on the website are correct at the time of publishing.


returns/lost orders

thanks for using the shop.
we work hard to make sure items are properly packed and safely shipped. but we’re a small, busy team and sometimes things go wrong. please let us know the problem straight away and we’ll sort it out.

all ceramics are non-refundable and non-replaceable.

we check all orders before shipping, but if anything is damaged or missing from your order please let us know as soon as possible. 

it is surprisingly rare for shipments to get lost in the postal system. more usually they are delayed. we recommend paying for a tracked service to avoid delays/losses.
